What has Transform already achieved?

Transform had a small amount of money to support "Community Win" projects in the first year of the programme (late 2004). We made this money go as far as possible by matching it with money from other partners. Follow the links on the left to find out more about those early projects.

Now Transform is carrying out the actions in its delivery plan. Keep checking back to follow progress. In 2005 Transform carried out a community action day, funded a new Police Community Support Officer, funded a drop-in clinic for young people, appointed new Neighbourhood Wardens and much more...

In 2006 the top issues are Housing, Health, Community Safety and Young People, and there will be more Community Action Days and projects initiated by the Neighbourhood Wardens.
